In their most ambitious tour yet, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and harpist Catrin Finch, led by conductor Grant Llewellyn, will spend three weeks touring Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. During this time, they will spend one week in the Welsh-speaking community of Patagonia, coinciding with the 150th anniversary of the Welsh settlers arriving in the region.

In addition to six concerts, they will also take part in educational work, including school and community workshops in remote areas where there is limited access to cultural activity and the arts.
