Viviane Hagner returns to the United Kingdom to perform at this year’s Midsummer Music Festival where she joins other distinguished musicians for chamber music in the Chilterns. She will be performing Schubert’s Piano Trio in B flat, Mozart’s String Quintet in D, Strauss’ Metamorphosen from June 21st to 23rd at St. Mary’s Church in Amersham.

Hagner concludes her visit with two performances at Cadogan Hall in London on June 26th. For the lunchtime concert, she takes centre stage opening the Pinchas Zukerman Summer Music Festival , performing two works for solo violin, Bach’s Chaconne in D minor from Partita No. 2 and Bartók’s Sonata for Solo Violin.

In the evening, she joins Pinchas Zukerman and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante. The programme also includes Mendelssohn’s String Symphony No.10 and Symphony No.5 ‘Reformation’.
