Joseph Phibbs’ Juliana receives its première at the Cheltenham Music Festival on Sunday 15th July in a production directed by Richard Wiliams and conducted by George Vass.  Juliana is a joint-commission between Nova Music and the Cheltenham and Presteigne festivals, and is generously supported by the John S Cohen Foundation, the Arts Council of Wales and the George Vass Commission Fund.

Cast includes Cheryl Evener (Juliana), Rebecca Afonwy-Jones (Kerstin) and Samuel Pantcheff (Juan).  Following the Cheltenham performance, there will be further performances at the Presteigne Festival (23rd August) and at St John’s Smith Square (21st October)
