Masaaki Suzuki makes his debut with the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks conducting Mendelssohn’s grand oratorio Paulus on September 27th at Munich’s Herkulesaal with a repeat performance on September 28th. The final concert on September 30th takes place in the magnificent surroundings of the Ottobeuren Basilika with Minister President of Bavaria, Markus Söder, and Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, amongst the audience.

Suzuki will be joined by soprano Carolyn Sampson, mezzo Stefanie Irányi, tenor Mark Padmore and bass Albert Dohmen for the three performances.
