Anna Fedorova returns to Japan next week, where she will perform two recitals plus two concerts with the State Symphony Capella of Russia.
On Monday 15th July she begins her concerts with a duo recital at the Fukushima City Concert Hall with violinist Noé Inui. The programme includes music by Grieg, Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Sarasate and Ysaÿe.
The first concert with the State Symphony Capella of Russia under the baton of Valery Polyansky takes place on the 16th July at the Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall where she will perform Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1. The all Tchaikovsky programme also includes his Marche Slave and Fifth Symphony.
Anna then returns to Fukushima on Saturday 20th to give a solo recital at the Kaiseizan Daijingu Shrine, one of the most important shrines in Japan, where she will perform works by Scriabin and Chopin.
Anna’s final concert for this period will be at the Shunan-shi Bunka Kaikan in Yamaguchi on the 25th where she performs Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 again with the State Symphony Cappella of Russia.
