Pianist Andrew Tyson is back in Europe this week returning to the Hallé Orchestra with performances of Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A Minor. Conducted by Tabita Berglund, the concerts also feature Grieg’s Lyric Suite and conclude with Sibelius’ Symphony No. 1. Tyson is performing at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall on 6th, 7th and 10th November as well as a performance at Sheffield’s City Hall on 9th November.

Following this, Tyson makes his debut with the Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen. Conducted by Jonathon Heyward, Tyson is performing Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 24 in C Minor K.491 with concerts taking place in Bruges (14th), Deinze (15th), Gent (16th), Antwerp (17th) and Roeselare (24th November). Further repertoire on the programme includes Stravinsky’s Pulcinella Suite and Haydn’s Symphony No. 101 ‘The Clock’.
