This week, Anthony Marwood will reprise Thomas Adès’ violin concerto, “Concentric Paths”, at the Royal Festival Hall with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Andrew Manze. This concerto was composed for Anthony, who gave the World Premiere in Berlin, 2005.
The concert is part of the LPO’s Isle of Noises festival which is a celebration of music inspired by the British Isles. The programme will also include music by Purcell, Lawes and Vaughan Williams. Please click HERE for further programme information and ticket availability.
