James Brown, Managing Director of Hazard Chase, has been made an Honorary Life Member of the International Artist Managers’ Association. The award was presented at the gala dinner of the association’s conference in Budapest this month. James began his career as a violist in the London Philharmonic Orchestra and founded Hazard Chase in 1990. He was Chairman of IAMA for three years from 2003-5. He is currently also Chairman of Orchid Music Limited, a director of Ekkehard Jung Artists and Projects GmbH and an Honorary Member of the Royal College of Music.
