The 11th and 12th of March 2013 marks Matthew Halls’ debut with the Bremen Philharmoniker. Performing Fauré’s Requiem alongside Poulenc’s Stabat Mater, Halls takes to the stage with soprano Sandrine Piau, baritone Rudolf Rosen and the Norddeutschen Figuralchor.

2013 has already seen Matthew Halls make conducting debuts with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra and Toronto Symphony Orchestra whilst accepting re-invitations to Houston, Northern Sinfonia, Orchester NÖ and Washington National Symphony Orchestra, and towards the end of the season he takes up artistic leadership of the Oregon Bach Festival at the close of the 2013 Festival.
