Hazard Chase is delighted to announce that it has taken on the worldwide general management of London-based French conductor Maxime Tortelier.

Currently the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s Leverhulme Young Conductor in Association, Maxime Tortelier has conducted the BSO in a wide range of public concerts and educational projects. Born into a distinguished musical family in France, Tortelier studied at the Paris Conservatoire and at the Royal Academy of Music (with Colin Metters). He made his conducting debut in 2009 in Italy and has since worked with a number of orchestras in Australia, France and the UK, including the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and the Opera Orchestre National de Montpellier.
