Fresh from his success in Mexico with Bach Collegium Japan, Masaaki Suzuki heads to Porto where he embarks upon the role of Artist in Association for the 2014 Barockfest.

On Sunday 2 November, Suzuki leads Bach Collegium Japan in an all Bach programme joined by Hana Blazikova, Dominik Wörner and Masato Suzuki at the Casa da Música Porto.

In his second week, Suzuki conducts the Orquestra Barroca Casa da Música exploring C.P.E. Bach and Franz Joseph Haydn. Performances take place on 7 November in Lisbon at Igreja de São Roque and on 9 November at Casa da Música Porto.
