Andrew Greenan sings Baron Ochs
The international bass Ferrucio Furlanetto has recently withderawn from performances as Ochs in the Lotfi Mansouri production of DER ROSENKAVALIER with San Diego Opera due to open in April of this year. Andrew Greenan will now sing this role in all performances. Andrew last sang with San Diego Opera in 2008 in their productions of MARIA STUARDA (Cecil) and TANNHÄUSER (Biterolf) . Andrew previously sung the role of Ochs for Opéra de Nancy and (in 2010) for Cape Town Opera.
