Australian Festival of Chamber Music nominated for an award
Hazard Chase is delighted to announce that Piers Lane’s festival, the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, has been nominated for an ABC Limelight Award in the ‘Best Event/Festival for 2009’ category. The Australian Festival of Chamber Music is an international chamber music festival held over nine days each Winter (July / August) in Townsville, North Queensland. Each year the Festival attracts around 25 chamber musicians from across the world to give concerts and teach Australia's emerging artists through the Winterschool program.
