Alastair Miles joins Hazard Chase

Internationally recognised as one of the world’s leading basses, Alastair Miles studied flute at the Royal College of Music before turning his focus to singing. In a long and distinguished career, Alastair has performed in all the major opera houses including the Metropolitan Opera, New York, San Francisco Opera, La Scala, Milan, Bayerische Staatsoper, ENO, the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, Glyndebourne, WNO and Opera North. He is also a highly sought after concert artist and has appeared with many of the world’s leading conductors, including Giulini, Muti, Harnoncourt, Chung, Rattle, Runnicles, Masur, Gergiev, Gardiner, Norrington, Davis and Dohnanyi.

Alastair is currently appearing in La Juive for the Netherlands Opera followed by performances of Nabucco for Wiener Staatsoper.
