Clonter Opera Prize 2010

The Clonter Opera Prize 2010 - The UK’s major conservatoires nominate their most promising singer to compete in the Opera Prize. Each nominee sings three arias of their own choice, the panel and audience then have the opportunity to discuss and vote for their favourite singer.

An esteemed judging panel makes the final decision as to which singer will receive the coveted £2,000 prize, with the audience also receiving the opportunity to have their say by voting for their favourite singer.  Natalya Romaniw was declared the winner in the finals concert which took place on 30th January 2010.  The runner up was Roberto Gomez Ortiz.
