Rundell makes Royal Opera House debut

Hazard Chase is pleased to announce that contemporary conductor, Clark Rundell, will be making his debut at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden next month, conducting the premiere performances of James MacMillan's much anticipated new opera Clemency. With a star cast directed by Katie Mitchell and accompanied by the Britten Sinfonia, Clemency tells the Biblical story of Sarah and Adam, who in old age are told they are to have a new child. The show opens on the 6th May and is repeated on the 7th, 9th, 11th, 12th and 14th May.
