HAZARD CHASE PRODUCTIONS
Founded in 1997 under the direction of Patrick Allen, Hazard Chase Productions is the audio visual division of Hazard Chase Ltd. It brings together a wealth of experience from all areas of the music business. The range of services on offer is unique within the industry, in that it combines seven key attributes under the same roof:

This enables us to handle all aspects of a project - from initial artistic concept through to manufacture and distribution of the final product. It has also meant that projects can develop quickly and that many of the administration and cash-flow problems that can occur when many parties are involved can be avoided.
In addition to promotional CDs and DVDs for artists, charities, institutions and venues, Hazard Chase Productions has produced albums for commercial labels such as EMI Classics, Orchid Classics and Wigmore Live.

ORCHID CLASSICS
In July 2008 Hazard Chase announced a new relationship with Orchid Classics, the record label founded by violinist Matthew Trusler, a client of the agency. The label, still under Trusler’s artistic direction and now chaired by James Brown, has quickly established a reputation for distinctive, artist or project-led recordings of high quality and originality. Releases range from James Gilchrist performing the great Schubert song cycles, Guy Johnston in recital and the Brodsky Quartet playing Ravel, Gershwin and Golijov, to Ralph Fiennes reading Kipling and Bjarke Mogensen in a stunning and revelatory accordion recital. Orchid Classics is managed by an experienced team, including Pawlina Bednarczyk, formerly of ASV and Sanctuary Classics, industry veteran Hywel Davies and highly regarded producer and engineer Patrick Allen.
