Born in Sussex, Tom studied Music at King’s College London, graduating with a first class degree in 2016. He then obtained his Master’s degree in Musicology from the University of Oxford, specialising in twentieth-century British music.
As a singer, Tom trained at the Royal Academy of Music under Alexander Ashworth. During his university years he appeared in several productions with King’s Opera, and held choral scholarships at King’s College London, St Michael’s Chester Square and, most recently, Exeter College Oxford. Tom joined the Hazard Chase team in September 2017, working with instrumentalists and conductors and transferred over to the vocal department in September 2018.
