Nathan Meltzer will make his debut with the Aalborg Symfoniorkester on Thursday 24th October, playing Felix Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor under the baton of Conrad van Alphen. The concert, which takes place in the Hall at the Musikkens Hus in Aalborg, also includes the Prelude and Liebestod from Wagner’s Tristan und Isolde and Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony.
The Aalborg Symfoniorkester was founded in 1943 and is now one of the major Danish orchestras, giving over 200 concerts a year across the country as well as playing for some productions of the Danish National Opera and Royal Danish Theatre.
