Anna Fedorova makes her debut with the Sinfonieorchester St.Gallen this week, performing two works for piano and orchestra by Sergei Rachmaninov: Piano Concerto No. 1 in F# minor and Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. The orchestra, under their chief conductor Modestas Pitrenas, also perform Rachmaninov’s Symphony No. 1 and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture in the two concerts, which take place at the Theater St. Gallen on the 8th and 10th November.

Following these concerts, Fedorova and the orchestra head to the studio, where they will record both of the Rachmaninov works for piano and orchestra.
